Constantly balancing work and life has led me to value simplicity without sacrificing quality—especially when it comes to food.
Ever since I moved from Taiwan to the UK over 25 years ago, l sometimes found myself longing for the comforting flavours of home, particularly the simple, honest bowls of noodles made with just a few wholesome ingredients. But here, I struggled to find noodles without unnecessary additives or preservatives. That’s why I partnered with a master noodle maker in Taiwan a true artisan who uses traditional sun drying techniques passed down through generations and perfected under Taiwan’s sunny skies. Together, we create noodles using just three simple ingredients: wheat flour, water, and salt. Nothing else! No preservatives, no additives—just pure, natural goodness.
These beautifully crafted noodles bring that quiet luxury into my everyday cooking. With minimal effort, they can quickly transform simple meals into something deeply satisfying—without compromising on flavour.
