Ingredients
- 1 Pack of your preferred noodles
- 2 tsp Garlic (or 1 clove, minced)
- 2 tbsp Chilli Crisp Oil
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Black Rice Vinegar
- Chopped Spring Onion, extra Chilli Oil, and Sichuan Peppercorn Powder (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add Noodles: Add noodles to around 800ml of boiling water. Cook according to packet instructions.
- Prepare the Sauce: While the noodles cook, mix all sauce ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Drain: Drain the noodles thoroughly once cooked.
- Combine: Toss the noodles and sauce together until well coated.
- Garnish: Top with spring onion, extra chilli oil, and Sichuan Peppercorn Powder if desired.
- Serve: Serve with your favourite protein.
